Overview of Christianity
Spiritual Maturity
The overall objective of Christianity is the attainment of spiritual maturity for the individual believer in Christ.
Prior to being saved, the only question that applies to the individual is, 'What do you think of Christ?'
With that answered, assuming that you believe in Christ, then the second question that applies to the now saved believer is, 'What do you think of Bible doctrine?'
This second question is really a series of daily questions, because it takes a day by day study, throughout ones life, in order to grow up spiritually and maintain your spiritual status.
But there is much more to the spiritual life than just reading and studying. You have to use what you learn, in your daily life, in order to advance and sustain your advancement and enhance your advancement within your spiritual life.
This means production.
In order to profit in ones life, you have to produce something. In order to produce something then you have to work. No work, no production. No production, no profit. And life again, in the spiritual realm, is just that simple. You have to work in order to get paid. No work, no pay. And the work must be legitimate spiritual work as defined by the bible, not by you.
In the spiritual realm, all of your production occurs within the fellowship sphere, which you enter into when you confess your sins.
So, the unbeliever can work and work and work, but unbelievers have no spiritual production because they have no spiritual life.
The believer, the people who have believed in Christ, and who are out of fellowship, because they never or rarely confess their sins, likewise have no spiritual production, because they do not enter into the work place of the fellowship sphere.
Your spiritual workplace is the realm of fellowship.
So what of production? What does it have to do with anything anyway?
